Against a field of 29 under 18 competitors Johnno went through to thefinal against Christof Tack (Belgium). After 6 minutes of riding thejudges could not separate the pair and sent them out again for asuper final which Johnno won. 12 year old Nobile team rider Thodd Scholte also shone in the event finishing inside the top 8 as well.
